I enjoy public speaking and frequently present on emergency management, how to make personal preparedness fun, my disaster response / recovery experiences, higher education emergency management, and natural hazards. In 2016, I joined Toastmasters International to improve my technique. To inquire about a speaking engagement, contact me.

Here is a sample of my speaking abilities: a TedTalk style talk that I gave to an international audience of emergency managers in 2018.

Here is an example of my virtual speaking capabilities: a keynote presentation I gave to an audience of wildland fire professionals from all over Colorado in 2020.
